China Radio: 9/11, Ten Years Later

September 12, 2011

This morning, I was on China Radio International participating in a special two-hour conversation about the 10-year anniversary of 9/11, and the impact the attacks had on American and the world.  We discussed the significance of the attacks themselves, the effect on civil liberties, the subsequent wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, and the success or failure of the “Global War on Terror.”  You can listen to the first half by clicking here, and the second half by clicking here, or you can download both parts here.

It’s “tenth anniversary”, or “ten-year commemoration”: the root of “anniversary” includes “year”.

Otherwise very interesting. Keep up the good work.
